Well, another year begins, and this year is going to be special. Why? Well I've joined Leggetts and it's a great company. Most of the local Estate Agencies here in Southern France are having a very hard time. Many are closing their doors for good. It seems that most of them cannot understand that things have changed. Not just the market, but the way people are now buying and selling their houses. This is something we have known for many years in the UK, the internet has changed things for the better. The way we buy things, sell things and just look at things. We used to call it window shopping, well the shop window is now the world. At Leggett Immobilier, our shop window is the world - quite literally. Our website is excellent - it's easy to use, it's informative and it contains most of what you need to know about the properties we feature.
With this Blog, I shall hopefully give you an insight on a regular basis, of how we find our properties, the things we do for you, the customer and some of the things we get to do during our time off.
